Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility, ideally in manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong background in sales, operations, and trading, with the ability to integrate and align these functions effectively.
- Deep understanding of industry dynamics and established connections with customers, suppliers, and competitors.
- Demonstrated ability to set strategies and execute them successfully, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams.

Key Accountabilities:
- Leadership: Independently lead and oversee the USA & Canada region, acting as the CEO for a smaller yet dynamic environment.
- Strategic Planning: Evaluate the current business landscape, develop comprehensive strategies, and execute plans to achieve organizational goals.
- P&L Management: Take full ownership of profit and loss across the region, ensuring operational and financial success.
- Operations Oversight: Manage and optimize the performance of the manufacturing sites, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Sales & Trading: Drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen trading partnerships.
- Industry Engagement: Leverage industry expertise and connections to maintain a competitive edge and foster relationships with customers, suppliers, and competitors.
- Team Management: Inspire, motivate, and manage regional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
